Sehatmand Ramadan

For complete guidance on healthy eating in Ramadan, Diet studio conducted a “Sehatmand Ramadan Workshop” on 16 th April. During the holy month of Ramadan, it becomes difficult to stay on a healthy track. You can either improve your health or make it worse, by choosing your diet.

Trainer Chef Usama Asghar conducted this workshop, cooking six recipes in total as well as raising awareness regarding healthy eating pattern in Ramadan while fasting. Each recipe was mouth-watering & healthy in its own way, so that you can avoid fried and processed food. “Iftar platter boxes” were prepared so that every participant can replenish the taste of food during their iftar time.
